The challenge of search and rescue team for missing MAS Airplane MH370 is getting more difficult, as for the blacbox only can last for not more that two weeks. Other than that, the depth of Indian Ocean reach 4000 meter makes the mission even harder. Prof Madya Rizal Arshad, the Deputy Dean of University Sains Malaysia (USM) made a comparison which the depth of Indian Ocean was ten times more that the height of KLCC (Kuala Lumpur Petronas Twin Tower).

“In other part of Indian Ocean the depth can reach 7000 meter. We are also worried the blackbox can only last not more that two weeks from now”, he said. “The other challenge was we do not know the exact location of the wreckage” Indian Ocean was known as ‘Lonely Ocean‘ because its rarely been visit by ships. He compared the mission for search and rescue Air France 447 before is different that MH370. “They know the location of Air France 447, but not MH370″.
